PROPOSITION 15 authorizes $3 billion in general obligation bonds to create the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas. This Institute with the help of
our world-class cancer research and treatment institutions will spend the next decade developing and discovering cures for cancer.
We need your vote in favor of PROPOSITION 15 on November 6th.
